Do you have a lot of production work but not enough time for machining or manufacturing? Perhaps you specialize only in fitting joinery and lack the facilities to draw, machine, and assemble custom joinery. If that’s the case, we can help you solve this problem.
Our Bespoke Joinery supply-only option is the perfect choice for those who want to focus solely on installation. With our services, you can eliminate the stress of the manufacturing process and be confident that you’ll receive high-quality products.
We possess the capability to work with both DWG and PDF drawings, which we convert into our CAD software. This software enables us to nest and cut your panels with precision on our CNC, ensuring that the exact required sizes are achieved. The use of this technology provides both you and our team with peace of mind.
In the event that you do not have drawings, our team of two draughtsmen, who are proficient in Solidworks, can draw your joiner, subject to drawing approval. In order to carry out the drawings, we require an accurate survey of the designated area where the joinery is to be fitted, a clear design, and a comprehensive breakdown of the included ironmongery within the joinery. Additionally, please ensure that the material choice and paint colour are specified if the Supply Only Bespoke Joinery is to be finished sprayed.
Our machine shop is equipped with advanced machinery for panel products. Our CNC machine boasts 8 tool heads and a bed size of 2100 x 3300mm, making it capable of handling all standard sheet material sizes. We accurately nest panels onto sheets and use the CNC machine to precisely cut all panels.
Should the Joinery require edging services, the Holzer Streamer 1057 XL is well-suited for the task, offering exceptional results. The machine’s advanced capabilities ensure a superior finish, guaranteeing that the Joinery’s needs are met with the utmost precision and attention to detail.
Our Bench shop is where the joinery will be assembled next. This is done either to ensure that all sizes of the Bespoke Joinery are correct or to wrap the materials and make them ready for collection. While assembling the joinery in our joinery shop, we can choose to either leave the bespoke joinery together or flat pack it to make transportation easier.
